Processing and Shipping

Processing Times 

Standard orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Expedited orders according to timeframe selected. All orders for expedited shipping should be placed no later than 2pm EST. 

Domestic Shipping 

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days $5

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days $10

International Process Time and Shipping 

International shipping is calculated at checkout and has a processing time of 7-21 days. 

Duties and Taxes

Custom fees, taxes, and other duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the customs agent discretion to release your package, which can cause a delay in the arrival of your package.

Shipping Reminders 

A couple of things to keep in mind when ordering:

-Weather delays can affect delivery times. During inclement weather please be patient with the carriers. 

-If your package was lost or stolen and it says delivered, there is nothing we can do on our end. However, if the package has not been delivered, we will reach out to the carrier to provide you with a more accurate update.

-If you do not provide the right address during checkout, we are not liable for your package not being delivered.
