Returns and Exchanges

Tyler and Madison does not currently offer refunds. We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do an exchange if the item(s) is/are still available. 

You have 30 days after purchase to return your item(s) for store credit. Store credit never expires and may be used towards any future purchase. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If the returned item(s) does not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer. 

Once we receive your return, we will send send you an email with your store credit code. Please allow 2-3 business days after your return is processed to receive your store credit code via email. Please note that store credit cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts. 

All sale items are final sale.

Also, please note that Tyler and Madison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help you locate your package, but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
